Red Oak Jewelry Box Kit - All Wood & Hardware Included!

This is a excellent project for the novice to intermediate woodworker which produces a beautiful red oak jewelry/keepsake box, measures 12" X 8" X 5" high.

Kit includes:

• Printed CAD plans and instructions
• All wood required -- red oak molding, red oak veneer plywood and misc pieces (all pieces are red oak and cut oversized)
  Note: plywood grain in photo runs top to bottom if you would like grain to run side to side just let me know
• Hardware (hinges, chain and screws)

You supply the glue and finish. The base, box, and lid construction consists of cutting 45 degree mitered joints (all pieces shipped oversize) which makes construction quick and easy! Can be built with fancy scalloped base (full size patterns included) or if you do not have a scroll saw or band saw plans include 2 other options for a simpler mitered or square base.

Recommended Tools Required:

• Table saw or circular saw (to cut plywood to final size)
• Miter saw (or miters can also be cut on your table saw)
• 1/2" chisel
• Screwdriver
• Hammer (if you choose to nail)
• Clamps

• Glue
• Brads or finishing nails (if you choose to nail)
• felt or flock (if you choose to line inside of box)
• Finishing supplies
